Allow configuration of unordered list character #104

Thanks for the work on this plugin!

One thing I'd love to see is the ability to configure the character used to prefix unordered list items. Unless I'm missing something, this plugin always uses -. In other projects that I work in, the * is preferred. Also, my personal preference is the asterisk.
