We need it to be able to narrow down which version of the written language th document is adherring to. E.g. for swedish we have 3 different versions so far of the written language: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q124062504 1801-1869 https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q124062521 1870-1906 https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q124094322 1906-now
