Fix / rename Beddington-DeAngelis #13

Rename (deprecate) the current version of the model. Currently it just does simple partitioning. Consider adding a corrected version (add c(P-1) to the denominator of Hollings) and/or Hassell-Varley (add P^m to the denominator).
