Scroll location of previous articles should be preserved when using the back button. #25

I think this would be a great improvement to the Wikipedia-reading experience! It would help me follow my Wikipedia "rabbit-hole" tendencies, because after clicking a link and reading about it, I could return to the previous page and continue where I left off.

(Even fancier, but not strictly necessary, would be if the link I clicked to get to a page performed a little flash when going back from that page. This would help me continue where I left off even more, because it would draw my eye to the exact place where I had last left the page)

I'd be happy to work on this feature but I'd appreciate some discussion or a push in the right direction from the maintainers/others familiar with the code!
