change defaults to wavelet plot axis labels? #30

Nancy suggests that rather than an index of time, the labels might be instead the datetime stamp.

Consider making this the default or simply giving users access to the specification arguments of wavelet plot.

This was fixed in https://github.com/dpseidel/stmove/commit/1332d376098d33461bedbda8da749528ffc57fb5 when arguments were passed through to wavelet.plot. should update doc details to make this clearer perhaps
