Use speex instead of the FLAC codec #59

Hi,

Can you please use the speex instead of the FLAC codec, it is far better at low bitrates because it is dedicated to voice recordings?

It is already available in QtMultimedia.

You can look at sailfish-recorder to see how it is done.
