gtftk retrieve -r 95 -s mus_musculus gtftk merge_attr -i Mus_musculus.GRCm38.95.chr.gtf.gz -k gene_id,gene_name -d gene_id -o Mus_musculus.GRCm38.95.chr_2.gtf -V 2
