Add issues from the w3 tracker #3

I noticed they were missing.

These issues are related to the documentation aspects, and not the vocabulary itself. The issues listed in the spec only contain those associated with the terms and 'design of the vocabulary. They are listed as issues to document them when discussing calls (e.g. show open issues for discussion). I would argue to not include them in the spec document.

Okay, but I think examples issue (#26) should be included in the spec document.

They have been included in spec documents of other ontologies:
