Coordinate export functionality added #1

Hey there, thanks for your code! I was researching airfoil parametrization schemes for use in optimization, came across PARSEC and decided it looked pretty good, then found your code. I missed plain coordinate export, to use it with e.g. XFOIL. So I added that.
