English word breaks #66

User requested to support english word breaks in addition to russian.

Ideally we should support both. If this not possible we can try to guess
book language and use approriate mode. There is a language field in FB2
format, though I am not sure how widely it is used. Also we can do simple
frequency check to see if book have, say, more than 10% of russian
characters - consider it to be in Russian
