Problem parsing/generating the epigraph #7

Reproducible on the attached document. Author name is missing, but I don't 
think that this is the 
problem.

The problem was \\\\ which was the result of <empty-line> following </p>. 
Replaced it with \vspace{10pt}. 
Also replaced mm with pt in all \vspace instances.
