Add bread crumbs

Usability of the fb2pdf service will improve greatly if you add bread crumbs to 
the pages. See here

basically, you need to add a line on the top of the page that shows current 
location in the page 
hierarchy. Specifically this will help a lot to navigate inside the Library. 
When user clicks on a 
letter of the alphabet, the line should offer a link to go back to the library. 
When they navigate 
down to an author, the line should offer links to the library and the letter of 
the alphabet they just 
came from. When they go even deeper to the list of all books by the author, the 
navigation  
should offer a lnk to go back to the author, as well as links to the letter of 
the alphabet and the 
library.

This feature requires UI design. Tabs and bread crumbs don't really fit 
together in current UI.
