Annotation readonly attribute does not stop a note from being updated in the html5 version #379

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a note annotation.
2. Update the JSON for the annotation saved to the database to set the value of
the "readonly" attribute to true.
3. Load the document and annotation and you are still able to move and update
the text of the annotation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I assume the intention of the attribute is to stop the annotation from being
modified, but I'm able to modify it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using FlexPaper version 2.1.1, Annotations 1.0.50. I've tested this in
Firefox 17.0 in Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m, running on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
