Preferences ---> "New Books" ---> Select = Freeze and Crash to Springboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Books
2. Select the "Gear" Icon to the top right
3. Choose either of the Bottom buttons under "New Books"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have no idea what the expected output is, but it freezes and then 
crashes back to springboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Books.app 1.4 on 1.1.3 firmware loaded via ZiPhone off of XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.
I was trying to specify my /var/mobile/Library/Ebooks as the "home menu", 
as uposed to /var/root/Media/Ebooks, I don't know if either of those 
buttons does that, but if there isn't a way, please include one in the 
next update.

yes I am thinking about providing a way to move your book directory form
/var/root/Media/EBooks to /var/mobile/Media/EBooks.

The buttons in questions are used to reset the books which you have already 
read so
that they appear as "new" (unread) books (this is not what you wanted).

Those buttons are not supposed to freeze the application that is for sure so 
I'll
check that

this binary should fix the problem you have found.
It should be installed on top of a 1.4.xx installation
