Toolbar transitions before book is ready to display #120

Tap on a book from the FileBrowser to open it.  The top nav-bar will show a
slide transition for the selected file's filename, then several seconds
later the book will open and the book content transition into view. 
Instead, the filename transition should defer until book content is ready
to be displayed.
