iPhone orientation #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start reading a ebook
2. Turn or knock the iPhone/iPod so it resets orientation.
3. Go make a cup of tea while iphonebooks refreshes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The change on orientation can freeze the iPod.  What would be nice is a
toggle for orientation in the settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5-r520 on 1.1.4

There is a setting which freezes rotate toggle.  It was broken in r518 and 
should now
be fixed in r523.  Closing as duplicate of Issue #136.
