If a note is stolen, should optionally be able to re-trigger it once a voice frees up. Would apply to mono channels too, if a note was "stolen" because another pitch was played on that mono channel, even though there were other hardware channels still free.
If multiple notes were stolen, priority could be last-note or lowest/highest. Last-note seems most likely -- unsure if the configuration is necessary.
