Can I customize the policy file at run-time? #176

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am working on a huge application. I would want to remove few JS tags from 
a page but would want Antisamy to not remove when entered from another page.
2. Is there any way that I can customize my rules file to work different for 
different pages?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would want to customize the Antisamy rules to work different for different 
pages in same application

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4 on windows7

Please provide any additional information below.
