Inline styles in .Net #83

The .Net version of AntiSamy appears to clear all inline styles, even with the 
default and 'anythinggoes' policies. The attribute is present in the output, 
but it is empty.

We don't officially maintain the .NET port and it should be considered "as is" 
unless more developers come forward to take ownership.
