Send Request #16

Hi - When clicking on Send Request I receive a 500 error, using a web debugger it can't find the following location /plan_requests/1/request any suggestions?

What Redmine/Ruby versions? How does the full request look like? (I guess I have to update the plugin for the more recent versions of Redmine)
