Lot of JS Errors #24

It's a problem with Redmine 2.6 - 2.5 is working

For information, JQuery.browser has been removed in JQuery 1.9 (redmine 2.6 is using 1.11, redmine 2.5 is using 1.8). They advice to use stuff like Modernizr for browser feature detection.

Workaround: use jquery.migrate plugin (https://github.com/jquery/jquery-migrate/#readme)

Should be fixed now with updated jqPlot.
