AttributeError(ERR 1) Taxonomy objects in the list must be at their root #7

Phantasm is a great program for taxonomy! When I try to test phantasm, I got the following error. I would appreciate if you could tell me possible solutions.

I think the problem was related to docker. I deleted docker in my computer and re-run phantasm. Now it seems OK. It's starting the next step "Mapping blast hits onto the taxonomy ..." Thank you again for this wonderful program.

There was an issue in PHANTASM.taxonomy.Taxonomy.__processSiblings that will be resolved with the release of version 1.0.4. Marking this issue as closed.
