Make spectra loading interactive #7

It is reported that currently, all spectra are loaded. The request is that loading spectra always be interactive. Listing the available spectra and giving the user an option of which ones to load.

Example source/use case forthcoming shortly.

Use case: 2MASS 1213-0432.

There are two spectra which can't be loaded. One due to a 404 error and another not sure. As a result, the results gives an error. The request is be able to drop spectra proactively at the add_spectrum step so database problems can be circumvented and not be stoppers for making SEDs.
