Remove the Ad-Mob integration #1

Currently Google Ad-mob advertisements are being shown in a few screens like ShowFlashCardDetailsActivity , CreatePDFActivity , ContestDetailFragment etc. They were added for learning purposes .It would be much better to remove them since this is an open source project now. Also the dependency for the ad-mob should also be removed from the dependencies.
