Better UI indicator/Animation required for delete of inside Flash card #26

The delete inside flash card is via swipe,There should be a better indication to the feature.

@eXeeLD Can you also take #16 ? It is very small but important. You can copy it from any good open source organisation preferrably Fossasia open-event-android.
