Chunk generation error When i on the way to the position on castle map its crash twice when i close to it

just close to the castle and its happened

its happened at the server i own then i try the backup at single player but the game also crash and then i try version 1.3 at single player its work! the game no more crash when i close to the castle i dont know whats different between 1.2 and 1.3 but i think i need to update serverpack (the castle is offered by Integrated Dungeons and Structures)
