[Bug][2.0]: Broken world generation #61

[X] I can reproduce this issue consistently in single-player
[ ] I can reproduce this issue consistently in multi-player
[X] I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.

Describe your issue

Broken world generation in Large Biome world type. In normal world type the problem didn't come up

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create world with Large Biome world type
Move in somewere for long time
Leave the world and launch it again
Move in the sayme direction a bit
Watch another world generation

With the current world gen mod(Tectonic) it's possible to enable large biomes only in configs

configs -> tectonic.toml

["Tectonic Mod Config"]
    #Put "true" if you want large biomes to be enabled. Defaults to "false".
    "Large Biomes Enabled" = false
