[Bug]: Dimensional Dungeons arrow blocks appear as sponges, Konami code puzzle

Describe your issue

Updated to a separate profile from 1.9 to the current 1.12. Loaded a backed up world with minor issues, graphics, lighting, some blocks are visually different. Such as what were Lootr chests in 1.9 no appearing as regular chests. Functionality seems retained. Main report issue is Dimensional Dungeons arrow blocks look like pink sponges. Only thing on this install is an outdated shader pack.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1.Loaded into advanced dungeon 2.konami code room arrow blocks are sponges

Pastebin was having internal errors at the time and I have misplaced the key to the dungeon with the puzzle. Will Upload a latest once I find it or another

We prefer people not use Pastebin for posting log files both here and on our discord. Pastebin links cannot always be accessed by members, such as work places that block them for security reasons. Additionally, Pastebin links expire after a period of time.
