[Bug]: Shields not working

Describe your issue

Created new world, gave shield, and shield animation happens and lowers immediately

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create world Give shield Equip shield Try and block

Shield animation not raising up has been a known issue for a while, It only happens on the vanilla and the shields from Bountiful Baubles (cobalt, obsidian, ankh shields) but they all still correctly reduce damage/block projectiles.

Edit: After some long testing by adding and removing mods, ensorcellation is the main culprit that causes it when its with spartan shields
