In the latest version of dokuwiki and this plugin, if you have

====== heading 1 ======

===== heading 2 =====

this is foo.

If you use this page and click on edit next to "heading 1", you will not see foo. This is a regression in my opinion.

On a fresh installation, with the latest version of this plugin, you need to go in the configuration settings to change both options :
