It's the most populous city in Munster but somehow missing from the database. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q133315

Oh, it's under the Irish name of Luimneach. How do you typically handle language?

It would make sense to all be in English (Limerick, Munster, Ireland) or all in Irish (Luimneach, Mumhan, Éire) but the mix is confusing.
