Name Has Changed to Abkhazia By protection of contribution rights. #724

Updated and Refactored Name of: Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia to Abkhazia. Abkhazia is Georgia. The Georgian government and nearly all United Nations member states consider Abkhazia a sovereign territory of Georgia. Abkhazia has been recognised as an independent state by Russia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Nauru, and Syria, after Russian Ocuppation. I changed it correctly!

Could you please remove other files except world.sql? So that i can merge your changes?

@gchikovanii I can see 94 files changed now. I need only world.sql changes. That's it!
