Allow for user set password on PFX files as well as output

• Allow a user to set their own password on the PFX file.
• Allow a user to set an output path on the PFX file
• If an output is set, do not add the certificate to the certificate store

In leiu of setting a password, we generate a password using a password list encrypt it to the user.
