Deleting and re-adding new certificates every 18 hours seems to be causing issues where users must restart their browser. Being able to re-use the current cert that's expired and re-importing it should fix some of this.

This is actually a server issue as to properly do this you need to be able to update a non-revoked certificate. Moving to drGrove/mtls-server#17

It appears that there is not much that can be done around restarting the browser. Some more research will go into this but will be created via a new ticket as the scope of this issue has been resolved
