gitignore: Ignores iso files and CLion editor artifacts. #93

Ignores the .iso build artifact
Ignores any local .gdbinit files (these are needed for CLion + xemu as a remote GDB host)
Ignores .idea/ so any JetBrains editor cruft doesn't get accidentally submitted.

Please let me know if you'd rather not have the .gdbinit and .idea/ lines, those are specific to my personal workflow and I'm not sure how many other contributors would want to use CLion (I'm just a fan of it for refactoring & step debugging).

I have a local .gdbinit setup, sounds like a good idea to have it be ignored. :)
