untranslatable string "create new prompt" #19

"Create new prompt" is hard coded. See https://github.com/drachels/moodle-mod_diary/blob/master/prompt_edit.php#L385

Thanks for spotting that. Tomorrow I hope to get back to working on Diary and will make sure this gets fixed for the next release.
