404 not found when click on "Add new lessons with exercise" #108

Hi, There is a small bug. When we go to settings tab and than go to any of other tab like "Add new lesson with exercise", "Import lesson / KB layout" And/Or "Manage MooTyper Layouts" than it through 404 not found error. It is working when we are at MooTyper Tab and go to one of above tab..

It is clearly showing different URL when trying above things.

Thanks for your interest in MooTyper and reporting these multiple bugs. I have a fix which appears to work correctly, but I will test some more and then it will be included in the next release of MooTyper.

Fix was included as part of MooTyper v4.2.1, which is for Moodle 3.11, 4.0, and 4.1. Note that if anyone needs a fix for an earlier version of MooTyper, contact me and I will provide a "fixed" lib.php file.
