Fixed: Using parameters instead of concatenate the value #119

This works even when there is no value for the lesson

Thanks for the the pull request. Now if I could only find the time and figure out how to add the other missing, Options, items (Mode, Lesson, and Exercise when Exam mode) from the mod_form.php file. They were never there from when I took over maintaining the plugin, and every time I have started development work for them, some major life event has forced me to stop and do other things. I have code for the Mode and Lesson, but just have not been able to get the list of, Exercises, to update when the Lesson gets changed when trying to set up Exam mode.
