Drachtio restart - sa_out.terminated #340

We had an alert on our dedicated cluster, that sbc-sip pod had 2 restarts. container: drachtio

drachtio: nta.c:9715: outgoing_recv: Assertion `orq->orq_queue == sa->sa_out.completed || orq->orq_queue == sa->sa_out.terminated' failed.

Attached the logs of sbc-sip drachtio and sbc-sip sip-sidecar sbc-sip-1-drachtio.log sbc-sip-1-sbc-sip-sidecar.log

fixed in v0.8.25-rc9
