ACK not received in b2bua after 200 ok #348

this issue solve my problem https://github.com/drachtio/drachtio-server/issues/250. Sorry for reliving this chat, I had the same problem and your solution solved it, but I would like to understand why the order of a configuration would cause this problem, this is bizarre to me
