Add proper caching

• Add middleware correctly adding Vary: cookie
• Find a way not to start session until needed, exactly because of Vary header
• Add ETag decorators to properly return 304 where needed
• ...plus correct return Last-Modified for all creations

Look into using those with Django cache framework
