A list to bring the costs down

[ ] IPv6 only gateway for MySQL to avoid IPv4 address payment
[ ] Actually, same for stare.dracidoupe.cz since it's behind login anyway

As best as I can tell:

RDS does not support dualstack IPs, but it should be possible to have IPv6 only access through better VPC setup
old EC2 instance is doomed because while IPv6 is assigned, only current generation instances get IPv6-capable NIC to actually use, but those do not support hvm to run what we're running (although I'll different tricks)...which makes it kinda expensive to run
