svn:ignore properties are not set

Minor repository-management issue:

If I check the "Show unversioned files" box in some TortoiseSVN dialogs 
(including "Check for modifications") or, similarly, run svn st, a large number 
of build artifacts are listed.

Setting svn:ignore on all obj and bin folders and on all *.suo and *.xml files 
(all development environment and build artifacts) would make repository 
management easier, both for read-only and read-write WCs, because it would make 
it possible hide them from svn st and the Check for modifications dialog, 
without also hiding unversioned non-artifact files (such as new source files 
that have not yet been svn add'ed).
