Current trunk has build errors

I tried build the current trunk using Build All.sln and there were few errors 
caused by wrong references (set to DLL not projects).

It seems like your issue was caused by ignoring "Building.txt" which is next to 
"Build All.sln".

Anyway, did some changes in solution file.

Updated "Build All.sln" solution file, so it has "Release" and "Release 
Complete" configuration. "Release" is aimed for most users who want to build 
the framework. It will build all except AForge.Robotics.TeRK, which requires 
installation of ICE framework. "Release Complete" is aimed only for those who 
build release or do something with TeRK.
