Can´t open video camera tv card

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Only open the example Motion Detector and don't open the camera....
2. the camera is conect in tv card
3. If I open the camera with other program and after open the motion 
detector example it works...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only appear the message "Conect camera....." only black image appear in 
the camera window....

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7 Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
With web camera it works fine....

is the same issue 53.... the camera is enumerate but don't appear image....

Cannot help on this without being able to replicate it, since don't have since 
camera.
