Districts not appearing on uncolonised starting habs #22

ran into a weird bug where the starting bonus habitats that spawned in my system only showed +3 housing for most of the districts (such as mining or leisure) but once they were colonized they showed the proper jobs and such. Any idea why?

Suspected GPM Incompatibility, should now be fixed
