Full genetic ascension: Special project to flip regular starborn trait to a super trait that just doesn't get negatives.
Cyborgs: new negative trait around exoskeletons that replaces all others, increase in upkeep, no physical downsides but probably a lesser mental one.
Synthetic: No need, you're a robot now.
