Dracord ODD does not permit use of docImprint or byline on titlePage #255

I am building a corpus in which title pages are quite extensively marked up. In particular I use the standard TEI elements <docImprint> and <byline> to distinguish the relevant parts of the title page. These elements have (for some reason) been removed from the Dracor ODD: why? and how do other projects markup these components in their absence ?
