Currently, there are information in the tei:teiHeader of the DraCor-Files that are somewhat "interpretative" and external to the actual text <text>, e.g. the social relations of the characters, the information on the "work" (could also be a text is a translation of..), the information about characters being modeled after historical or mythological figures.
<standOff> would go after the <teiHeader> element and could hold all sorts of lists, e.g. identified places in <listPlace> or things (the "dagger") ..., also the social relations could go here: <listRelation> ..
