Marked up a line with ‘within’ (which I overlooked initially) as suggested in #17 by @cmil:

Here too, the structural change should be somehow documented. Also, in <sp xml:id="ep000221-e136570"> above, the same line ("Within. Where's Prince Lysicles? where's Prince Lysicles?") occurs. Why wouldn't these to occurrences have to be treated equally?
